ADI envisions that employees are a company’s greatest asset.

Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) are a unique and effective way for companies to incentivize employees and promote employee retention.
They create a sense of ownership and pride among employees, align employee and company interests,
and provide a valuable benefit that can attract and retain top talent.

Thanks to the initiative of Khun @Amit Lal Singh, we are launching our own ESOP program to reward dedicated key managers who’ve been with us for years.
We also want to thank our team members Khun @Marco and Khun @Pharida for their tireless efforts in setting up the program.
