Area Manager Position Available: Lead Regional Operations in Vietnam

<Job summary>
– Deep involvement with the dealership by deeply communicating to Dealership management and educating staff in
Area Manager Department.
– Expected to visit the dealership on a regular basis and work together with dealerships to improve important After-sales
KPI.
– An important role of this position is to become an example of staffs in Area Manager department and train on the job
training.

– It is mandatory to have negotiation skills and convince/ advise to lead dealer principle for improvement in After-
sales KPI.

<Major duties>
– Deploy the distributor’s strategy and plan to Dealers
– Improve performance of daily operation at Dealers
– Parts & Service KPI follow-up
– KPI improvement with dealers
– Dealer operation improvement
– Dealer evaluation
– On the job training to staff members
<Minor duties >
– Visiting dealers
– Periodical reports
– Cooperating with internal related departments
– Other assignment requested by Parts GM

<MUST HAVE >
– University graduated with related major
– 3-5 year experience in Dealer management & dealer operation in distributors (automotive parts field)
– Knowledge of After-sales (dealer management & dealer operation)
– Good command of English in both written & spoken and presentation
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based
– Good literacy of MS Office – high skill on data analysis
