Position Title: Electrical Manager

Reporting to – Site Head

Principal Accountabilities –

Engineering –

• Complete review of basic and detailed engineering for Electrical.
• Verification and propose corrections as per latest available technologies, regulatory and land laws.

Project Management –

• Understand the complete lifecycle of projects from concept to commissioning.
• Able to manage diversified team.
• Able to communicate and manage regulatory requirement of the projects.

Team Management –

• Able to manage the direct and indirect team members.
• Setting clear roles and responsibilities of the team.
• Mobilization of contractor for construction and able to handle multiple tasks at a time.

HSE & Quality –

• Must have knowledge know of safe practices as per law of Thailand
• Must have focused approach towards quality of execution.

Functional knowledge and Skills –

• EHV substation experience (115kV and above)- Power Transformer
• MV Substation (6.6kV-11kV)- Distribution Transformer
• LV Switchgears (PMCC, MCC, VFD, UPS, Battery, and battery charger and DBs)
• Relay, protection and metering panel.
• TG operation, maintenance, and Synchronization with Grid
• Power sale to local grid / open access.
• Coordination with Local grid/ Statutory authorities
• Understanding of power tariff for import/export.
• Testing of electrical systems and devices
• Strong knowledge of electrical components and system
• SAP
• MS office (should be very good at MS Excel)
• Business and Financial Acumen
• Knowledge of statutory/ regulatory norms
• 5S and Material Management Tools and Techniques
• Analytical Skills

Years of Experience – 8+ Years

Open to Travel

Willing to work in different locations
