The Role

Being organized and being able to work independently is a requirement. An entrepreneurial spirit and bi-lingual capability are a must.

Some of your responsibilities are:

Day-to-day client communications

On-boarding clients to the platform and conducting training sessions

Upselling and ensuring high client satisfaction on the app

Creating client training materials on the app admin portal

Identifying opportunities and increasing customer engagement on the app

Conducting competitor research with SWOT analysis

Creating monthly reports based on App data

Managing client expectations and responding to customer feedback and suggestions

We are looking for:

Solid knowledge of MS Office, PPT/ Keynote experience is a must

Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow

Over4years experience in an account management or project management role

You are expected to have a sales mentality; we dont expect you to only manage our accounts but to grow them too

Strong English communication skills.
