• Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand user needs, collect and share qualitative and quantitative insights

• Work closely with the founders to set the product strategy and deliver business impact

• Guide UX/UI design for new products and functionalities

• Translate product ideas and business requirements into concise users stories and tickets

• Set development priorities and maintain a consistently prioritized backlog

• Collaborate daily with the developer team to build products users love

• Monitor KPIs and take fast decisions to ensure your products deliver business success

Qualifications:• >3-5 years previous experience in a digital product management / product owner role

• Track record in developing products and measuring success based on KPIs

• Effective in communicating a clear product vision

• Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills

• Technical understanding of systems and technologies powering your products.
