Job Position: Java developer

Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience leading a development team
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
Good command of verbal and written English skills
Proficient knowledge with Java, PL/SQL (Oracle), Angular, Bootstrap, Spring, strut2, and JSF

Responsibilities:
Ensure the development and process standards of the development team meet and align with company strategy.
Responsible for the underlying architecture for the software program and control its detailed design of both
internal and vendor to be aligned with the IT architecture standard of the company.
Ensure that the output of application development follows the plan.
Improve personal skills and knowledge in application development.
Follow the development manual for application development
Maintain and modify existing applications to meet user requirements.
Be able to design, develop, and debug programs independently and mentor others throughout the development life cycle.
Interact with the system analysts and users to gain understanding of the business needs and the requirements for any application requirements
Provide design and technical leadership to the team
Undertake the assignment jobs to complete as per the commitment plan
