Position : Head of Compliance
Budget : Not over than 200,000 THB
Working hours : Monday – Friday at 10.00 a.m. 6.00 p.m. (hybrid : WFH 1 day per week)
Location : Din Daeng, Bangkok                                                                                                                                        Interview process : 1 round

Responsibilities :
Primary advisor to company on its overall compliance scheme and the particularized rules, policies, and procedures that company adopts.
Conducting or directing the internal investigation of compliance issues
Gaining an understanding of the products, services, or line functions that need to be the subject of written compliance policies and written supervisory procedures.
Identifying the relevant rules, regulations, laws, and standards of conduct pertaining to such products, services, or line functions based on experience and/or consultation with those persons who have technical expertise in such areas of company’s business.
Developing, or advising other business persons charged with the obligation to develop policies and procedures that are reasonably designed to achieve compliance with those relevant rules, regulations, laws, and standards of conduct.
Evidencing the supervision by the line managers who are responsible for the execution of compliance policies.
Develop programs to test compliance with the member’s policies and procedures.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in law or a related field.
4+ years of experience in the financial industry’s in-house lawyer and compliance role is preferable knowledge of Business Law, and Cryptocurrencies Law is a plus.
Good problem-solving capability, good communication, and ability to work independently and as a team.
Possessing a good understanding of laws and regulations in financial industries to be involved with AML, SEC, SET, and BOT is a must.
Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and resourceful.
Excellent consultative skills and ability to make informed objective decisions and exercise sound legal and business judgment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
