Job summary

1. WITH CLIENT
– Receive brief and de-brief, capture customer requirements during the briefing.
– Prepare, present the proposal to clients and handle objection successfully via identifying decision-maker, client’s
internal situation and way of working.
– Build & maintain a good relationship with existing clients and explore new business from potential clients.
2. WITH TEAM
– Ensure completion of projects as committed to clients.
– Develop or management team to develop a project plan in consultation with other teams to specify detailed action
timeline, checklists, PIC and other resources allocation required.
– Manage self and/or team is closely working with internal teams to daily monitor project progress, quality and
solve the problem in a timely manner.
– Ensure implementation of project compliant to the standard working process of company
– Monitor & overview project, quickly deal with the problems and come up with solutions

MUST
– A background in advertising with strong digital experience (at least 2 years as Content/Copywriter)
– Competent in digital planning with a good understanding and working knowledge of digital media
– Have the experience to work in a Real Estate company.
– Has experience of team management
– Can work with the heavy workload, under high pressure (multiple projects at the same time)
