This sales is focusing on develop relationship and presenting the products of software for Banking segment, new business development handling sales cycle from Lead to order for
Banking, Financial Services and large Corporates in Thailand.
Position: Sales Director
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Language Proficiency: English
• Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales
• Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their
production using our product range. New leads may be generated through
canvassing, cold calling, and customer referrals.
• Meet sales revenue targets.
• Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their
management teams by providing information, guidance, and support;
recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new
• Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.
• Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
• Mentor team members and teach improved processes in order to enhance staff
Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Banking / Financial Services Software/Solution Sales with minimum five years of regional experience
• Bachelor’s or Higher degree in related field
•Any nationality who have experience to approach or handling Thai Banking
• Have a consultative sales approach
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress
• Self-Driven and motivated
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree with Masters preferred
• Willingness and ability to travel 40-50% of the time
• Ability to work as a team
