Job Description
* Coordinate with internal and external cross-functional & business teams to track and report project progress to executives and stakeholders,
Help prioritize projects, develop process improvement for more productivity on the projects and ensure all projects are deliverable and support the overall business objectives of the organization.
* Run PMO team and manage IT portfolio, resources and budget for IT team

Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely across all IT and business teams to foster excellence in the implementation and delivery of the strategic project
* Manage and develop processes to ensure timely response and delivery to all requests (e.g. implementation calendar, other project management processes)
* Evaluating progress and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs, requirements and/or costs
* Understand basic financial models, P/L and cost-to-completion projections to ensure projects are managed and delivered within budget
* Track project performance, program schedule, budget, quality and risks, specifically to analysis the successful completion of short and long-term goals by using appropriate tools and techniques
* Ensure all flowcharts, budget trackers, program roadmaps, calendars, etc. are updated on an ongoing basis
* Perform risk management to minimize project risks
* Reflect, facilitate and support to fully complete the strategic project
* Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
