Job Description:
– Conduct market research, industry trends and customer feedback to brainstorm on features for a suitable CRM suite based on the Bitrix24 platform.
– Build strategic plans, Create prescribed project documentation (e.g., Epics, Features, Stakeholder documentation), and Lead the development and execution of the product plan.
– Perform final UAT with business PoV to achieve approval/acceptance of delivered product/functionality.
Requirements
– Experience in CRM consultant or similar role (3 years+) with popular CRM software (Salesforce, MS Dynamics CRM, Bitrix24, Insightly, Hubspot CRM, etc.) for SMEs and Large Enterprises in Vietnam.
– Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) AND 3+ years’ progressive experience in digital product management as Product Owner / Product Manager or similar roles.
