The role is Open for expats and Thai Nationals with direct experience from market research agencies and with a background in servicing various types of industries e.g. FMCG, banking, automotive etc.

• Service Line Strategy and Thought Leadership
• Business Management
• Contract Management
• Client Relationship Management
• Reporting
• P&L
• People Management
• Multiple Service Lines Management
Key Responsibilities
• Overall Accountability for achieving profitable revenue target for the Service Line(s).
• Overall Accountability for achieving absolute gross margin target for the Service Line(s).
• Overall Accountability for project execution, delivery and invoicing.
• Overall Accountability for project quality.
• Overall Accountability for ensuring smooth and fruitful collaboration among Ipsos teams
