Job Title: HR Specialist
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage and support end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to HRM/HRD, EOR, HRIS, payroll, and compliance, with experience in multinational or outsourcing environments.
Key Responsibilities

Manage core HR functions including HRM, HRD, EOR, and HRIS operations

Handle payroll coordination and ensure compliance with labor regulations

Support and optimize HRIS platforms and digital HR tools
-
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes

Analyze HR data and contribute to process improvements and projects
-
Ensure effective employee lifecycle management in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
-
5–8 years of progressive HR experience
-
Strong exposure to HRM/HRD, EOR, and HRIS
-
Experience in multinational or outsourcing environments (preferred)

Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and digital HR tools
-
Good knowledge of EOR models, payroll management, and compliance
-
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
