Job Description

ADI Resourcing is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and manage accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AR/AP management, financial forecasting, and team leadership, preferably within a recruitment or outsourcing environment.

Key Requirements

• 5–7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role

• Strong background in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and financial forecasting

• Experience in a recruitment agency or outsourcing environment is highly preferred

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
