ADI Group continues to strengthen its presence across Southeast Asia as part of its long-term strategy to build deeper talent connections between the region and key global markets. As part of this growth, ADI has been steadily expanding its engagement with Japanese companies operating in Southeast Asia.
Over the past three years, ADI has developed a dedicated Japanese Desk, supporting Japanese organizations with recruitment and workforce advisory across the region. Building on this momentum, ADI Group is pleased to announce that we have recently acquired Keystone Talent Solutions Recruitment Co., Ltd. to further strengthen executive search capabilities for Japanese enterprises operating in Southeast Asia.
This partnership marks an important step in ADI’s broader strategy to expand its services to Japanese clients and prepare for the launch of its first office in Japan, currently targeted for 2027.
Strengthening Executive Search Between Japan and Southeast Asia
The collaboration combines ADI Resourcing’s regional recruitment infrastructure with Keystone Talent Solutions’ specialized expertise in executive and managerial recruitment within the Japanese corporate ecosystem in Thailand.
Keystone Talent Solutions is led by Chika Shimizu, who brings more than two decades of experience supporting cross-border Japan–Thailand business operations. Her work has focused on executive recruitment and advisory for Japanese organizations seeking leadership talent aligned with both corporate strategy and local market dynamics.
Under her leadership, Keystone has developed strong capabilities in:
- Executive and senior management recruitment (Manager, GM and above)
- Strategic KPI and performance advisory
- Compensation benchmarking and market intelligence
- Search-driven, quality-focused talent acquisition
