ADI Expands Presence with Launch of China Operations

ADI is excited to announce the launch of our Shanghai office in China, marking an important milestone in strengthening our presence across China and Southeast Asia.

Our Shanghai, China operations will focus on helping clients scale efficiently by providing access to high-quality, cross-border talent solutions tailored to regional and global needs.

The office will be led by Si Wen, whose extensive experience in cross-border recruitment and deep understanding of both the Chinese and Southeast Asian markets have contributed significantly to ADI’s growth. Her leadership will be instrumental as we expand partnerships and support clients across the region.
